What methods of purification have worked for others here preceding a gate walking? Has anyone tryed an all juice fast, and has it worked? Thanks in advance.

An ancient hebrew method was a milk and honey fast,they drank the mix only at nightfall and usually it was preformed on the full moon.it was
a Rabinical rite,but I'm sure that it was used in sorcery as well.
