If this is the wrong forum, I appologize.

Does anyone know how to separate your different thought waves? I have heard that the brain has different waves (alpha beta delta etc), and that beta waves and a few others are the waves that allow us to manipulate the energies of other objects. Such as to say a telekinetic person has mastered thier use of focusing their beta wave over their other waves to manipulate and interact with the energies of other objects.

Does anyone understand what I mean (hopefully)? If so can you lead me into a direction that might be helpful or to a book that might explain further.

Well the first part is undoubtfully right, whether or not it has any thing to do with telekinetics, I do not know. If you want to separate your brain waves try biofeedback. You will need to spend a good bit a money for the equipment though.

Cosmic consciousness is devoid of diversity; yet the universe of diversity exists in notion....
We contemplate that reality in which everything exists, to which everything belongs,
from which everything has emerged, which is the cause of everything and which is everything....
The light of [this] self-knowledge alone illumines all experiences. It shines by its own light.
This inner light appears to be outside and to illumine external objects.
