I think the other post is more what you are looking for but this may be of intrest to you or someone else.
There is also what is called Crystal Implants. These are etheric crystals that are implanted, this exercise dates back to Atlantis. Shielding is just part of its function. Some of the crystals are implanted in the so called Chackra areas. There are about 30 that you work with in meditation. Once they are implanted they are there for life as long as from time to time you put your attention in them. Primemerily used for healing, and telepathy but there is the shield that can be activated at will from the crystals at the eye area. This child can be put around your self or others or even a car or house, it activates instantly upon command. After doing the exercise proper for a short time the rest of the 400+ crystals implant them selves around the body. The main function is to conduct energy like chi lines in the body, but they surround the body extending several feet from the body. These crystals act as a child also.
The crystals are very open to abuse and responsible for some of the problems in Atlantis. Eventually it was reorganized so that now it still is just as powerful however if the crystals are used for abuse, control, harm, etc. they dissolve and there is no getting them back. The information on this is no longer in english, as of a few years ago it was only available in German. Dr. Apler left the country several years ago. I was able to find his books and even on of the original releases of transcripts of his talks.
I teach this exercise as I think it is important. I have seen great results for those that practice it regularly. Although it is not difficult it is lengthy to type out. I made a crude CD for my classes so I could implant and not worry about talking out the exercise. If you find the books I would suggest reading it a few times and then taping it, so you can follow uninterrupted. I could not get everything on a CD. I could have dispensed with the explanation but it is good to learn the history of an exercise so you can have so insite into its intent. The complete exercise is spread through out his trilogy of books, so reading and doing is fairly difficult but not impossible.
