How Close Am I?

Neophyte Posts: 72 Age: N/A Gender: Male From: st.ives cornwall Reputation: none	i tried astral projection lying down, 20 minutes in i got a swaying sick feeling like sea sickness, then later on saw a vision of my own face then i snapped out of the relaxation. is this close to astral projection? are these events natural in the process. has anybody got any tips to get into the astral world following from where im at (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Nothing looks the same after the first few successful attempts. The only experience more profound would probably have to be experiencing union with the Force.
