I haven't managed to fully astral project yet, though I have come close on several occasions. Almost every time I try I feel this strange, cold wind on my right eye. It's kind of off and on depending upon how well I'm doing. Yesterday though, the wind kind of moved away from my eye and went up into my nose. I tasted it, somehow, and it was delicious and full of energy. During this same meditation I felt a strong pressure in my solar plexus. When I got up, as usual for me, I saw shapes and stuff in the darkness. I ended up seeing shapes for longer than usual. After I left my room I saw something peeking out the door, and I saw what appeared to be a mouse or a large bug scurrying about the floor before vanishing. Can anyone make any sense out of any of this? Also, has anyone had similar experiences?
