I graduated from collage on 2007 and i started work at 2008, I used to practice magick alot between 2007/2008 Now this job i am having is promising but exhausting , I go back and light candles ,prepare my altar, and here i fall asleep in the process...i am getting seriously low of energy..I charge it seems to replenish me but i get exhausted fast again,it feels like i am being drained sometimes...
I love my circle ,i would like to be there daily.does anyone know how can i have more energy for my magick after those tiring work days..?
I would appreciate any tips.

Bodhidharma came from India during the Tang Dynasty, and after visiting the imperial Chinese court, he settled down in the Shaolin Monastery. He found that the monks were weak and were falling asleep during meditation just as you are. He instituted a series of exercises for the monks to build up their strength and endurance which evolved into the Shaolin Gungfu of today. But cardio training will work too.

Don't worry. It'll only seem kinky the first time.
