Two things come to mind:
One and a good possibility. You just started a new job. This is often more exhausting then we realize, for all kinds of reasons, but mostly psychological. This can last some time. It should become less so as you get more comfortable with what you are doing in the new job.
The other is that at times we are achieving a new level in our spiritual work and just before we do stuff like this can happen. The BODY isn't too interested in this stuff, it is an animal and doesn't much like discipline. The body would prefer you were asleep, and it has as much gratification as possible. It will do what you describe. For a year at least when I would sit to meditate my head would get blocked up and I could not breath. It would happen the instant I would sit. I just had to be persistent. Once I broke through it never happened again that was over 30 yrs ago.
Anyway points to consider. I would say it is most likely the first point.
Maybe both...My new Job is draining,i am doing a great effort to fit in and stuff like that,i am constantly evaluated by my manager, this is a burden actually, plus the spiritual point you mentioned.
However, the good news i have neen able to do some rituals.
Yesterday I evoked Hermes, and done the middle pillar and LBRP.
and i havent fell asleep,i just couldnt see the white light its mostly black..
any reason why this happens..?
