If this is the wrong forum, I appologize.

Does anyone know how to separate your different thought waves? I have heard that the brain has different waves (alpha beta delta etc), and that beta waves and a few others are the waves that allow us to manipulate the energies of other objects. Such as to say a telekinetic person has mastered thier use of focusing their beta wave over their other waves to manipulate and interact with the energies of other objects.

Does anyone understand what I mean (hopefully)? If so can you lead me into a direction that might be helpful or to a book that might explain further.

I would first think you would want to know how to identify personally your perception of what each of the different thought patterns (Alpha Beta Etc) feels like. Start with some of the binaural recordings available for download. Different ones are used to induce different states of being. However, I believe that their are more than simple Alpha, Beta Theta etc. In each range their seems to be a number of frequencies which should feel different from the next. Your whole body should hum along with the frequency if you will. You should feel a sort of buzz. Sometimes it helps to tell yourself that you are vibrating along with the frequency. Also, sometimes getting your skin to inhale breathing in energy with your skin seems to help. (For further reference see Bardons Initiation to Hermetics).
