 Deities Associated With Psychic Sensitivity

Lately I've been working on my ability to perceive and manipulate energy, and just generally increasing my psychic sensitivity. Thanks for the response Vagrant. So far I've been leaning toward Hecate, with her strong lunar ties, association with spirits of the dead and affinity for magick.
I'm not familiar with Mepsitahl, though I think I've seen the name somewhere before, I'll definitely look into that.
