Don't worry about conjuring fire, it will never do you any good.
If you're worried about someone doing black magic on you, get a picture of them, and bury it with some sea salt outside the door to your house. Bury it in the soil, not under a rock, etc., and outside the door most people enter your house through, if that isn't the 'proper' front door - the door this person would come in if they were visiting. It's purely defensive, and if this person somehow is practicing black magic - which is very unlikely, they are more likely just talking out their a$$ - then you'll be fine while they learn why black magic is difficult and dangerous in the long run. Learning black magic is not a safe response.
Conjuring fire will not make you prepared, at least, not for about the next lifetime or so (if you could, stuff like this wouldn't matter anymore) - and besides, at your age (and subsequently the age of your peers) the likelihood you have anything to worry about from a peer in this regard, is slim. Reality is not Charmed, or The Craft, or any other movie/show you've probably seen and gotten the wrong idea from. For instance, you are asking if there is a way to conjure fire. You have the wrong idea about magic.
Take a deep breath and don't stress out so much. And don't believe everything you see on tv, or that your friends/peers say.
peace

The world is complicated - that which makes it up is elegantly simplistic, but infinitely versatile.
