Atlantian Wand Instructions?, (I hope this is the right place!)

Every so often I'll read a metaphysical book that makes reference to "Atlantian Wand Instructions or Atlantis in general. Keep in mind I know absolutely nothing about Atlantis (hell if I'm spelling it right that'd be super!) or any of the stories and I know everyone is in the background LTAO at this post like "O'RLY". How does Atlantis fit in so well with the occult and metaphysics? And what are these "Atlantian Wand Instructions?" Please for the love of (insert Deity of worship if applicable), can someone refer me to a site or book, preferably a site first then a book? P.S. The only think I know about Atlantis is that its lost and Disney made a movie about it... of which I didn't even see.
