Spell Casting, A general spell casting technique Options

This is a a technique I use ,
you will need
salt,
water ,
incense,
candle,
and a comfortable place to sit.

Open the circle

First start by exhaling till your have no air left in your lung,then breath in naturally and start breathing deeply while focusing on your breathing,you will start to feel light headed,when you do stretch your hand in front of you palms facing up as you inhale then slowly move your palms to face down as you exhale.
Use your imagination to visualize that when your palm is up the energy is given to you from the divine source,Imagine a ball of energy growing and growing,as it grows compress it to the minimal possible size,you will notice it gets lighter.

as soon as you feel that your ball is ready visualize your intent,feel it happening and when you rich the peak, then snap your fingers freeing the ball from your hand .


Feel your surroundings open your eyes and close the circle.

Whatever floats your boat....but i feel its essential to have a circle,physical or imaginary,I would more likely call myself Osirian but yet,i still work with athena,zues,baal and odin.

I think of it as a method to reach my goal...
