Astral parasites, Any idea how to get rid of them?

They are like astral cockroaches.......you sit there with all that energy simmering off you ...you're lucky something BIG hasn't noticed you before now... There're more of them 'cause you are putting out more energy. These little neg entities may be 'adorable' to you but it's like having a cute infection! Find a way of cloaking your energy spilloff or utilize it more eficiently...why do you need so MUCH? Everybody will find various astral 'larvae' on them/near them. Anytime we put alot of energy into thoughtforms you will get astral bleedoff. Some 'larvae' are self generated, some are attracted to us. A look around us in the lower astral will reveal some rather hideous, though somewhat harmless, entities. Strong emoting, bad habits, obsessive behavior all engender a certain amount of astral 'crud'. These will be left behind as you progress in your enlightenment...or not, depending on whether you're just playing around or are seriously dealing with things. Until then you should become familiarized with your 'roommates' and learn to tell them apart for the much rarer astral predators. Gods, now I feel like taking a bath! LOL!
