Physically Manifesting Things Options

Does anyone have any advice or links about physically manifesting things? I'm able to just about make my psi constructs and thoughtforms visible and I've got Gods to manifest during spells, but that's about it really. Any advice on manifesting things that aren't made of energy?

ummm... just to be absolutely sure i understand the post, would you explain what exactly you need the gods for? are you asking deities to go about the actual causing of the manifestation? or just that they help you? or maybe that you aid the energy and they do it, with you repaying them over time? i just dont see gods being very helpful unless you already have contacted them and devoted energy to them.

I was just using Gods as an example; some of the spells and rituals I've done I've needed help and energy from them and asking them to manifest usually allows me to draw more energy from them and communicate with them more easily.
