1st Psi Something? Options

Ok so i have been experimenting with psi balls today as im totally new i didn't really expect to achieve anything, but i managed to visualise psi energy building in my abdomen and it felt kind of like a light pressure i then willed the energy from my abdomen up through my chest and down my arms to my hands trying to form a psi ball, i don't think i managed a ball i didn't feel anything distinctly ball shaped but my palms became warm and after keeping the flow constant for a while began to tingle slightly after this i lost concentration so gave up but the heat and tingle persisted for about 20 mins after i had stopped playing with the energy. i tried again just now and managed the heat and tingeing but it took more effort than the 1st time and still nothing ball like. am i doing things correctly and just need practise to make something ball like? and is it normal for the feeling to persist after having stopped manipulating it ?

it seems your the 1st to reply again lol (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) thanks for the advice but how do u know when u have made a ball? do you feel a spherical object in your hand or just the heat i feel now?

and ways to test what i have done ? any ideas?

on the psipog site there is the suggestion of using a thermometer and trying to raise the temp with psi balls this sounds good but does anyone have any other ideas?
