Ok so i have been experimenting with psi balls today as im totally new i didn't really expect to achieve anything, but i managed to visualise psi energy building in my abdomen and it felt kind of like a light pressure i then willed the energy from my abdomen up through my chest and down my arms to my hands trying to form a psi ball, i don't think i managed a ball i didn't feel anything distinctly ball shaped but my palms became warm and after keeping the flow constant for a while began to tingle slightly after this i lost concentration so gave up but the heat and tingle persisted for about 20 mins after i had stopped playing with the energy. i tried again just now and managed the heat and tingeing but it took more effort than the 1st time and still nothing ball like. am i doing things correctly and just need practise to make something ball like? and is it normal for the feeling to persist after having stopped manipulating it ?

thanks for reading (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

whatever, when you get it made right, you will be able to disengage it from your hands - think surface tension idea to get it to be a ball and when you want it to stop growing and start being a ball - why is a ball a ball? - oh what a lovely koan for meditating on, thanks! - the thermometer should show a hotter spot in the air where the ball is currently - kinda floaty like a balloon, but they don't last long though - its like math or playing the violin, everybody can do it, just takes understanding it and some practice

why is a ball a ball?

i think its because a ball has no strong nor weak points so air pressure or something force the ball in to a ball shape due to equal pressure at all points ??

mhmm i shall practice until i can manifest a nice hot ball of energy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
