The Positioning Of Daath Options

It is said to be simply, "at the throat" but diffrent locations for the point have been mentioned in texts, some citing its locale as being at the, 'nape' of the neck encompassing the thyroid gland while others, Pat.z for example have its center as the gland itself... the nape of the neck of course is not the neck itself where some would have it, at the adams apple, rather at the point where the spinal cord meets the cranium, "just below the occiput about one or two inches above the larynx" [regardie] the importance of its true location is expanded upon by Mark Stavish in his book, "between the gates"...

Daath is hebrew fpr knowledge and perhaps is the best attribute for thinfs associated with the mind, speech and magic.

The point of transit for knowledge from the brain to the body and visa versa. It is also a point from which to project astrally.

Generally wondering where others would place its point as it seems to have less of a well established position in occult anatomy in comparison to other points.

I'm not expert about Daath or Da'at, but when projecting astrally most often you leave through either the back of the 4th chakra or the back of the 5th chakra. The 5th chakra is located just beneath the occipital protuberance. But I agree that there seems to be some confusion about its location. Perhaps this is because it isn't a normal sephirah, but only exists when all the sephirah are united.

Is intresting... have taken to using the occiputal location rather than the less well defined throatal locale which tends to center around the adams apple and not the layrnx which would put it near the heart and solar plexus... and not too midway between Binah and Chokmah as the right and left sides of the brain respectively.

Have thought that the Caducus wand hints somewhat at Daath and its relation to astral travel... the flight of thought... wings of the mind... the wings being the sephrioth and the middle ball bit the snakes are looking to bite is then Daath although it being the adams apple would tie in with a bit of religious lore its obviously a hint at Daath and its nesting place below the Occiput.... I mean its right there... it has to be .lol.
