Very true, Daemon. Internal awareness helps a lot with this. My advice, MoonSpell, is read a bit about psychology and some Psychoanalysis for Dummies, or anything of that sort. When you start asking yourself the right questions to bring about an intellectual awareness of your feelings, you can record the results, put them down, and then others may be able to replicate results, assuming they know how to channel the energies and emotions adeptly.
