Manipulating Anger.

Because i have been really angry lately but i am trying to supress it. If there is any positive ways to use this anger instead of letting it build up to the point were i am getting headaches. Negative emotion can, at times, depending upon the psyche, help trigger a creative flow. But then, ALL strong emotion can do this.
