He seems to be guilty of manslaughter so I am not going to shed any tears over him. I feel sorry for the three who died and the others who had to go to the hospital. But my concern is that the government might try ban the use of sweat lodges or set up laws or regulations that are expensive, unwieldy or unduly interfering. I can see having some sort of regulations such as having a medical person at sweat lodge rituals or safety procedures. But often they pass laws that are badly designed or perhaps some Christian fundamentalist with an axe to grind tries to make sweat lodge rituals unworkable.
