Psychokinesis/telekinesis, Exercise of Will Options

I've been working on moving a suspended needle with my mind, and it's been going pretty well. I can make it sway back and forth, and now I'm working on making it raise up horizontally or lift up straight while remaining vertical. I haven't progressed too far into that second part though. After I master that, I'm going to start bending spoons, and then forks (all the prongs at the same time, for mental dexterity).

What do my spiritual colleagues think of all this? Have any of you tried telekinesis/psychokinesis before?

I have recently started on telekenises and energy manipulation it is going quite well i might add i have done a little work in pyrokenises and had good success there. Telekenises is one i am hopeing to become well practiced in it is very interesting and quite liberating when you actually make the object move. Maybe someday soon i will bend a spoon (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wizard.gif) .
