Psychokinesis/telekinesis, Exercise of Will Options

I've been working on moving a suspended needle with my mind, and it's been going pretty well. I can make it sway back and forth, and now I'm working on making it raise up horizontally or lift up straight while remaining vertical. I haven't progressed too far into that second part though. After I master that, I'm going to start bending spoons, and then forks (all the prongs at the same time, for mental dexterity).

What do my spiritual colleagues think of all this? Have any of you tried telekinesis/psychokinesis before?

I once tried to move my pencil across my book but it didnt workxD
I never really practiced telekinesis, it sorta slipped under all these things Im learning now, but once I can successfully Astral travel then I'll probably go back to practicing telekinesis
