Ok before i tell ya ill tell you how i figured this method out some may already use this but i found that it helped with actual visulization. Ok so the story is that i went to take a shower my house is freezing so naturally i took a hot shower once i got out i noticed that my whole body looked like it had steam coming off of it. Then it hit me this would be an amazing way to connect energy work with physically seeing the steam so for begginers this may help i am a begginer and this helped me so if its ever cold in your house take a hot shower and hop out and let the steam roll and imprent the mental vision of the steam to help picture your energy as the same way.
