Try a decoction of Valerian Root with Chamomile and Skullcap Herb.
Passionflower and St. Johnswort will also be effective. (Or, ALL of the above...)
Valerian root is like Natures valium, it's NON-addictive and very calming.
Skullcap is also calming. As is the SCENTS of Neroli, Vanilla and asafoetida.
Chamomile tea is good though mild. Passionflower will ease the sleep and,
of course, St. Johnswort is the precursor to many of todays anti-depressants.
There are many more but this is what I can think of quickly..........
