What he and Soror said.... I never advocated alcohol to solve ANYBODIES problems...coming from an alcoholic family,(a decoction, btw, is a form of TEA not an alcoholic Tincture) I, myself, do not drink (save to taste my creations...seriously....'taste' is about a teaspoons worth) I've not heard of the spice of life...if someone could tell me more about this I would be grateful! Acid is correct about 'panic attacks'...they are often quite debilitating. I've seen them first hand in those who regularily abuse either alcohol or other substances and in those with other severe bi-polar and other psychiatric conditions. *sigh* When I was a kid most of these things rarely happened, if at all! Too much stress, too much environmental pollutions AND too much DRAMA! Anxiety attacks are NOT panic attacks! Molly-coddle them all you'd like but, sometimes, a good swift kick in the ass does wonders for the moral. Unless you're at wrist slitting time, learn to either suck it up or meditate. Taking a pill or a potion every time you get a bleeding hangnail isn't healthy either. A firm but judicious use of OTC meds is called for when meditation fails. Go to a bleeding doctor for things serious (but, and I still maintain this, we overuse the doctor 'system in todays society!) Use COMMON SENSE! (Like I said before)
