Neophyte Posts: 85 Age: N/A Gender: Male From: Outside the box. Reputation: none	If anyone's interested,I have a method for astral sight development: Sit quietly. Slowly visualize all the colors leaveing the room so that it looks like a B@W photo. Bring them back slowly,if there are any astrals present you should be able to detect them now. The effect goes away in about an hour. -------------------- LHP forums,all welcome.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/yahoo.gif) It's a conciousmind bluff technique! You are always surrounded by astral stuff though our conscious mind filters it out. Using the mental screen and telling the conscious mind to remove all the colour (mundane working on mundane in/on a nonmundane screen) then reinserting it lays the astral bare by noticing the differences....like peripheral vision...sort of...
