Hi! (: I've been astral projecting since i was very little, and I have more memories from the outworld than from this one itself
I forget things really easily over here but oh well
what I wanted to ask is
How do I manage to stay longer at the astral plane?, I mean, i've been doing it by just saying, oh tonight I'll project
and I do it, sometimes good sometimes bad, but it happens
the problem is that its about just 4 or 5 minutes over there, or even less, and sometimes its about 20 minutes up over here! (Which is alooot)
If anyone can help me on this, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks.
oh and by the way! lately i've been using this software that produces a really annoying sound
but it actually worked on my lucid dreams, but still i was wondering, is there a way to have more lucidity over the astral plane?
I'm alright with the"physical" since i can feel when i get hurt or fly or anything like that
but sometimes i can't even see what I'm doing! ( I know its the third eye training thing, but I don't know how to train it xD)
anyone can help?
thanks and sorry if my questions are stupid.

no such thing as a stupid question imo just less interesting ones - this question is interesting

our brains, and therefore our physical memories, are physical - focusing the mind on the physical leads to better physical memories. but for me the physical totally sucks balls and i hate every moment i must spend here - if it wasn't for others i would have ended this life long ago as i can remember other lives where everything was so much better so now this one seems so awful

but our 'soul-memory' (for want of a better word for that subconscious eternal part of us that is, well, eternal) is unconscious, or in some great masters is as open as the physical memory, but that's more opening the subconscious mind than remembering ap, but it's a big part of it - some call it the 'universal memory' or 'the collective unconscious memory' cause sometimes other people's memories are in there too, memories that you didn't make and store in your subconscious

your subconscious remembers everything, period, everywhere, including pre-birth and other lives - to open up the subconscious to the conscious requires meditation imo and there are lots of techniques around for doing it, and of course it comes with the inevitable physical ego problems where one must master the physical ego and face up to all those subconscious memories where you didn't do so well and handle them effectively and finally, and there's the nasty paradox problem where you remember better lives and this one starts to look really crappy in comparison and you think about suicide or something until you realize you can't go back to that good life and the next one you get may be even worse cause its very possible it could be much worse!

only when you have full access to your subconscious memories will you remember all of your time in ap, what you are remembering now is only the time when the physical senses can pick up stuff and store that in the physical brain memory, and usually that is different from the true real reality since the physical memory has a lot of filters - beliefs, opinions, what is considered real reality, etc, are all filters on what we allow ourselves to remember, and how we reshape those memories while remembering them - the very act of remembering changes physical memory via those filters, but not subconscious memory

"rats! its all about the damn subconscious mind..."

I have no words to thank you, I've feel the same about my life lots of times, since i have remembered my past life too, just one
but believe me, its all so "final fantasy" that just one life to remember its enough to make me feel pathetic!
Still, I've lived alot over the planes, saw, felt, and understand a lot of things
If i manage to get serious about it, and to actually work hard on my projections, i think i'll be able to make this life as fun as the last one!
So suicide its not actually something to think about!

Thanks again, its good to know there's people who feels the same way about this physical realm u_u
hope to keep in contact!! someday both worlds will be perfectly united, just like before o;
