I would just like to hear some people beliefs. Do you follow a major religion a minor one? Do you follow your own beliefs based off of other major/minor religion? Do you have a unique set of beliefs that you follow and live your life by?

I was writing down my beliefs to see what I truly believed and felt. I wanted to see if I related to any major/minor religion in some sense. So I thought I ask if any others have done such a thing (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif). I will list mine later when the list is complete.

You other are blind and do not see that you reworded dreams post and want to make it look like you didn't for some reason unknown to me. Or you are in denial for another reason that is unknown to me. Reread dreams and your post BEFORE YOUR EDIT and you will see you are stating the same thing and that is what people think they believe is not what they do. Now agreeing with someone is fine but flaming me because I pointed it out to you is childish and insane. If you have anything further you can pm cause I don't think I will be checking this thread any longer.

This is clearly a good post

edit: o sweet epicurus! - lol too bad there's no money in it

You reworded your post? This is all that you added with your edited

QUOTE
and just for the fun of it:

my beliefs:
i am simply because i am
i awoke once to find myself sitting there, and said ' oh look, here i am!'
i am incarnated onto this planet of illusions, into the illusion of a single life within illusions of single lives
there is no limitation of an i am, and no i am awakens to perfection, which is why we need learning
i am learning through experience within this incarnation, learning toward enlightenment
regardless whether it is good or bad or happy or sad, it is all just experience to the i am
if one remembers experience from a previous incarnation, then there is nothing new
comparisons to previous experiences mean no new experience is gained
despite all my previous experience, this i am is not yet ready to stop incarnating, not yet
as i have not yet achieved enlightenment, not yet
there is no time to the i am, so it could easily be forever

in other words, for the as-yet-unawakened:

i am an incarnated soul, seeing through the eyes of that soul, living in non-time gaining experience through incarnation
there is no original sin, or even karma, but how you live your lives determines the quality of the experiences gained from them
passing on the experience to others helps them to also find awakening

very buddist, very zen, very boring
