I was on ealyer an a LOT of peole said it was not possible well i agree astral energy is wrong and a full ritual should be constcuted for the purpose calling as much energy as possible but I did it ok i got it a bit wrong the first time and it was worse pain than wen i broke my elbow but to beleve with a fundamental force of the universe anything is out of reach is only setting up for failure.

Were you trying to actually transform into an astral form or were you trying to project your astral body out?
