Elemental Magick Options

I was curious i anyone could maybe post up a class lesson on elemental practices and working with the elements ie sylphs,salamanders,gnomes,undines. I really have been wondering about how to go about working with them and just being able to communicate with them in my everyday life i feel a great connection to the elements. But i do not really know how to go about practicing with them please help. Any information on this would be great just please dont put up websites like angelfire i dont find alot of these to be very helpfull just information i already know on them i would really like help from the community and those who have worked with the elemts themselves. Maybe your experiences etc. Thanks in advance to any responses or help.

I have a few entries on the subject that I can reorganize into a class lesson, though it deals less with the elemental spirits and more with the role and balance of elements in any given magical practice. The only way you really get anything out of working with the elements individually is in pursuing elemental balance internally. Beyond that understanding an application of elemental principles is a complete paradigm of magical practice in and of itself. Knowing more about what you want to know, or what you think you don't know, would be helpful.
