Elemental Magick Options

I was curious i anyone could maybe post up a class lesson on elemental practices and working with the elements ie sylphs,salamanders,gnomes,undines. I really have been wondering about how to go about working with them and just being able to communicate with them in my everyday life i feel a great connection to the elements. But i do not really know how to go about practicing with them please help. Any information on this would be great just please dont put up websites like angelfire i dont find alot of these to be very helpfull just information i already know on them i would really like help from the community and those who have worked with the elemts themselves. Maybe your experiences etc. Thanks in advance to any responses or help.

Im more interested in elemental intelligences. And how they play a role in my everydaylife someways i can work with them in order to feel more connected to them. A class would be very great i would very much like to study the class and more information on the elemntals.
