Sorry on the speling, Not sure how its spelled as it seems to be different every time i search for it. I was curious if anyone knew the pictures on these so that i could practice meditating on them, so that i may better my astral seeing abilitys. I found these methods seem to be a good way to practice and build the senses. If anyone has any other information on them or techniques to practice that would be great. Also if anyone could post a link or picture of them that would be great as well.
