Anyone experience enhanced or inhibited psi ability during electrical storms?

I really have to laugh at this... I mean does the full moon mean anything to you? Look electrical storms hold nothing when one is wanton. Should a person look more closely then it's not hard to understand that storms of the psychic nature are almost 100 percent useless for the practitioner of the art. A meeting of energy is exactly that, a cry in the night sky, pale imitation of the daytime and if you really want to know then I suggest you put your ear to the ground and see how it goes.

The moon has a great energy, and really, as a magician one must definitely observe the energetic formula not only of themselves but of the the moment as well.

Electrical storms are a disruption of the 'normal' pattern, though this disruption in itself is mostly powerless it's the fact that it is disruptive that gives it power.
