And if thats bad advice the do you know eny links to good advice? Its not very easy living with low self estime, confidnce, trust and openess ishues. I get by with the noledge that i cant escape this infernaly retched realm as ill only reincarnate with the same or simler dificultys concerning the lessons that my sole 'supposedly' has to learn.
