3 Posts Probation Posts: 2 Age: N/A Reputation: none	I have found in the past that moving energy into my hands when spell casting really helps. I've even made an herbal "power" salve that I rub into my hands when I'm prepping for a spell. I usually will incorporate an appropriate chant to use while buiding friction as I rub the salve in.
