Red robed figure. Options

Well I'm wondering if anyone here as any info on an entity that wears a red robe with very tall blonde hair like that of Vash from Trigun. I once so him in my freshman year of high school and since than have wondered who exactly he is. The info would be greatly appreciated!

I have encountered a similar entity, although this one was in a black robe with long black hair falling down his face, so I can't see it at all. He comes around only in the night, and also refuses to speak to me. I try to ask him stuff but he doesn't reply... Once I think I got an answer from him, but it was more like an impulse, a vibration, but I kinda knew what he meant. He mostly always appears in one place, where I go out. Maybe he's bind to that place, I don't know. Also, I'm the only one who can see him, although I'm also the only one in the occult so...
I call him Trapezoid. Dunno why, though (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
I don't have any other information on him.
