Dragon Ball Z psi ball, You know... Options

I have a question. If people got so good at making psi balls and manipulating the energy of the psi ball, then could the person (later on the road with a lot of practice) make like a kamehameha attack on DBZ? (Dragon Ball Z) I'm sure not everyone knows what that is, so here is what I'm talking about. After practicing the psi ball a while, could someone make a stream of energy with it, to where people would be able to feel and see it? Imagine this from your hands. 0----------
Where the 0 is your body and the lines are the "stream" of energy. Could someone do it like that after a lot of practice? And I wonder the other "fighting" stuff you could do the psi ball! Like Zahaqiel wondered what would happen if you direct your psi to your fist and punch someone with it. I do too. Please share what you think about this. I cannot make psi balls yet, but when I do I would like to try this. (And if your having trouble visualizing what I am talking about, about the stream of energy, look at my avatar.) One last thing. What if you could make a force-field out of your psi against physcic attacks and stuff?

Forgive me...I seem to have uncovered a rather significant gap in my oesoteric world view. What is this 'Dragon Ball Z'? It sounds like a transliteration from some Eastern technique, but the interpolation of the Western letter Z is perplexing me.

Chaos Mage 4, I must confess to being rather troubled by your last post. Perhaps you would consider investing in a personal attack alarm? (I assume that your being regularly chased by people who mean you harm is not as a result of any deliberate criminal activity on your part...)
