 Astral projection, tips and tricks

Ive been trying to astral project for about 4 months now with no success! I let my body fall asleep but then nothing happens.
I clear my mind with my body asleep... AND NOTHING HAPPENS.
I am getting a bit frustrated but U have perseverence.
Last night I layed in my bed for at least 2 hours trying to AP.
Is there anything Im missing here? Ive tried various methods but the main theme in all of them is mind awake, body asleep putting your body into sleep and leaving your mind awake and open to explore.
Does anyone have some tips and tricks to help me out here?

Okay so I made some progress last night! I got to the point where my body was vibrating all over but my body would keep randomly twitching. I got tired but at least I achieved the vibrating that everyone talks about!
