This book is truely amazing. I read it years ago, when i was a teenager. at the time i used what i liked from it but did not work through it at all. it really does give a graded system of progression.
i have been wanting to more and more, round my practice and training and believe that this treasure which has rested on my shelf for years is a wonderful key. thank you so much for reminding me of it.
Anyone who has not gone through it, i suggest getting a copy and making it your guru for awhile. it is of the most valuable of jewels in the library of the magi.
Thank you guys so much for reminding me of it. in reading it you can really follow where i think mabey 75% of modern writers have gotten their inspiration.
