Meltdown planet Earth?, Is Katrina ominous sign of future Options

According to the scientists were going to have one of the worst hurricane, typhoon etc seasons ever recored in America. Katrina's damage has been massive, far more than the average storm. Of course it's unfortunate that so many have died.

I'm mainly wondering, who here thinks that this is really just a period of natural climate change, or if this is ominous sign that the world's eco-terrorism will lead to greater and greater natural disasters until earth is just a junk heap.

My personal belief is that the world is changing for the better, but by being narrow minded and not understanding the true nature of the sentiment of terrorism most of the world will abuse the resources of the world will become a very bad place to live. Of course, I know that we as a whole believe science will rescue us from everything and it will be interesting to see if science really does supply us with those things which we need. I'm interested to hear what everyone else thinks about this.

It's quite obvious (well maybe not to all) that we're at the end of days which was spoken about in the bible.

Surely the mighty acts of nature such as the recent hurricane (more like two massive tornadoes but that's another thread); the tsunami at the start of the year; the tornado in the Far east; the earthquakes .... are all the predicted acts of god??

Our great technological world is powerless to prevent the rushing, whooshing, crashing of nature. We are at the mercy of it all and still we bicker and argue amongst each other. Still we permt ourselves to be fooled into the wars and the acts of violence which we see every day on the news.

We should be uniting together not fighting each other.

There comes a time when the scientist should be silent and listen to the seer and the prophet ... for the latter two have the answer in their minds. The truth will will never come to the scientist who is motivated by the fallible mortal logical mind. The truth comes to they who have transcended the logic.

I firmly believe the words of the community which is around me. They speak of the end of the world we know and the start of a new one. One we enter around 2012 ....

I am kindly supported by these people. Very learned people ... by conventional day. Doctors, a police commissioner, a QC .... after work hours they join up in deep meditaition and practise the mystical arts.

I have been among them now for about two months and the change in my perspective is intense. It is here I found my soul mate.

Sadly where we live will be flooded in the next decade or so.

There is a strong belief here that HUrricane Katrina was man made. That it was a normal hurricane adjusted and directed to areas of USA which will have the most economic effect on the entire world.

These hurricanes are the fearsome demons of the atlantean period ... raised by Belial to fight the children of the one .... they have come again.
