Chakra Question Options

First I would like to say hi, this will be my first post and most hopefully not my last.

Now on to the question!

I have been experimenting with differing energy sytems for some time now,
I have used many different techniques and made little to no succes.

But then I met a dude on the net who gave me some direct help via Yahoo Instant Messenger.

He told me that the "Gates" to my chakras were closed and he opended them and told me that energy work is Incredible difficult with those closed but not impossible.

Well, while things have picked up -slightly- since then I am making no real progress.

BTW don't give me any link's to the joyofstn awakenings those don't work for me and the negitive energy from those sites actually pains one of my friends when he trys to visit.

( Its just not for me is what I'm saying)

What I have learned so far is that Chakras are interlinked with the state of the mind and body as well as the inner circuitry of the energy body.

While simple physical excersises can't bring Chakras to develop on there own and simply setting yourself in the emotions that are connected to chakras won't exactly activate them in any significance.

Perhaps after all this time with the Gates closed they just don't want to wake up?

BTW I liked the sigils for opening chakras they wer very nice but I must be using them wrong or they don't work for me either. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

Its been about 2-3 years since I have been attempting Astral Projection as well But I believe I may be able to get that running as I have some ideas that I just haven't tried yet But advice on that would help me out too.

Well guys I guess I'm just looking for some advice on how to get my Chakras to a higher level of activation and I would appreciate anything you all have to say on the subject.

Pranayama practice is an excellent way to open your Chakras, alongside with regular yoga practice to enhance the balance and widening.

A really neat little visualization technique that I found has worked very wonderfully, is to see your chakra points as raisins (sounds odd, I know, lol). When we are born, those raisins are grapes, hydrated and juicy and vibrantly colored. As we get older, they begin to shrink and dehydrate. Visualize them slowly going back the grapes they where. Don't be hasty because it can possibly be a shock to the system.

Another good excerise is to face your palms to the sun. Eastern faiths do this while praying, as your palms are natural vortex's that soak in energy. The suns energy is purifying and life giving, thus cleaning out your chakra system, enabling the opening process to be smoother and easier.

Another one is the Golden Coil. This coil rests directly in your abdomen, and when it's wound too tight, it's part of what causes anxiety and the butterfly in your tummy effect. When you store stress, worry and negativity, this coil tightens more and more. It is the center force for storage and release, and when it's wound, it effects all the energy centers around it. To clear it see that coil nestled in your abdomen, wound tight, and see pure energy begin to wrap itself around it, moving into it and pushing away the black energy of negativity. See the black wash out and remove itself from your body, back into the universe to be recycled to postive energy, allowing for your coil to unwind itself and begin to spin faster and easier. Continue this until you no longer see the black flowing from it. Allow that coil to remain connected to the cleansing purity of universal energy, see it as almost a path or a "silver cord", a direct line from the coil to the universe.
