Chakra Question Options

First I would like to say hi, this will be my first post and most hopefully not my last.

Now on to the question!

I have been experimenting with differing energy sytems for some time now,
I have used many different techniques and made little to no succes.

But then I met a dude on the net who gave me some direct help via Yahoo Instant Messenger.

He told me that the "Gates" to my chakras were closed and he opended them and told me that energy work is Incredible difficult with those closed but not impossible.

Well, while things have picked up -slightly- since then I am making no real progress.

BTW don't give me any link's to the joyofstn awakenings those don't work for me and the negitive energy from those sites actually pains one of my friends when he trys to visit.

( Its just not for me is what I'm saying)

What I have learned so far is that Chakras are interlinked with the state of the mind and body as well as the inner circuitry of the energy body.

While simple physical excersises can't bring Chakras to develop on there own and simply setting yourself in the emotions that are connected to chakras won't exactly activate them in any significance.

Perhaps after all this time with the Gates closed they just don't want to wake up?

BTW I liked the sigils for opening chakras they wer very nice but I must be using them wrong or they don't work for me either. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

Its been about 2-3 years since I have been attempting Astral Projection as well But I believe I may be able to get that running as I have some ideas that I just haven't tried yet But advice on that would help me out too.

Well guys I guess I'm just looking for some advice on how to get my Chakras to a higher level of activation and I would appreciate anything you all have to say on the subject.

One thing I learned from an old Reiki Master (coincedently, lol), was this: The more you try, the less you find. The less you try, the more you find. The hidden key to that is to just Do.

By Doing, use your imagination. See each seperate Chakra, See the negative energy flow from your coil. When you put a visual to it, it doesn't mean it's just a figment of your imagination, your actually triggering that exact response through your will and focus. The mind is the most powerful tool given to you, utlize it as much as you can. A simple daydream can have very profound affects if the "required" amount of focus and will are directed into it.

You can also use Chakra stones to help you out. To make them more effective, you can program them, by holding the stone in your power hand (your dominate hand) and holding it up to your Third Eye, projecting it's intent (ex: Open Solar Plexus) through the visualizing the words, and the act of opening the chakra, into the stone. You don't need to do this very long, it usually takes about 30 seconds to a minute to fully program a stone. Then once it's programed, place the stone on the corresponding Chakra location, and visualize some more. It's all in the mind, essentially. Pay attention to your body, and you'd be greatly surprised how powerful your own mind is in controlling certain situations, especially when it comes to self.

Here's a list of corresponding stones in case you don't know.



Crown - Clear Quartz, White Howlite, White Marble, Moonstone, Amethyst.
Clear, White and Purple stones

Third Eye - Lapis Lazuli, Amethyst, Lepidolite, Sugilite, Iolite, Selenite, Moonstone. Clear, White, Purple Stones

Throat - Blue Lace Agate, Lapis Lazuli, Sodalite, Turquoise, Aquamarine, Sapphire, Iolite, Blue Topaz. Blue, Blue-Green and Blue-Purple stones

Heart - Green Aventurine, Jade, Amazonite, Moldavite, Pink Quartz, Rhodonite, Rhodachrosite, Kunzite. Pink and Green Stones

Solar Plexus - Citrine, Yellow Jasper, Yellow Calcite, Sunstone, Tiger’s Eye, Golden Topaz, Peridot, Serpentine. Yellow and Yellow-Green stones

Navel - Red and Orange Carnelian, Red Jasper, Orange Jasper.Red and Orange Stones

Root - Red and Orange Carnelian, Red Jasper, Orange Jasper. Red and Orange Stones


Alot of these stones are very cheap to come by, and can be ordered online. The more expensive ones would be Turquoise, Sapphire, and Kunzite. But they are the most powerful from my experiences.

Also good to have would be some clear Quartz specifically for grounding and purifying. When you have opened the chakra, I would suggest that you immediatly take the quartz and use it to cleanse, again, through visualization. You don't need to program a quartz for that, because it's naturally a clearing stone, and very powerful.

And a last bit of advice, your Root chakra is actually located in the spot between your genitals and anus. It's the most intense one to open, and usually recommended to leave for last. Even after years of chakra work, that one always hits the hardest, not in a bad way mind you, it just gets very overwhelming. It's your direct connection to Gaia, and opening it opens you up for all her power and glory. Also, some people will notice that their sex drive gets Very sparked, and if you want a good orgasm, that's the time to acheive it. I recommend doing that too, because a good healthy orgasm will send that energy from the Root throughout the rest of your body. It's not just physical, but deeply spiritual (Tantric at it's finest).
