My dad did reiki on me, and it made me really clam, it also filled me with energy, and cleared my body of energy blockages.

put you hand on your over hand, and rub it up your arm, you should feel waves of energy moving as your hand projects energy naturally and acts as a drag net to rip those energy blockages.

I believe that sometimes we are out of touch with energy, but that does'nt mean your not moving it, I once took a drug that made me feel my energy body to well, if you experience the sensation of energy or once did move it well, then you can use your faith and just do it, and hopefully it will work.

Crom Cruach, it's called energy manipulation.
