Elemental Formula Options

Is there a standard evocation formula or gramoire out there on how to evoke these elementals?

No, well not that I've seen I more of skimmed through the golden dawn as oppose to reading it unlike the crowley books. I had taken them down from a magician's site about a year, and a half ago, and without knowing a guidline to evoke the kings, I used the streamline goetia setup, banished, lit the candles, and the incense, said the prayers, and they worked for me, ofcourse it was more detailed than wham bam thank you ma'am, but just to give you the idea lol, and I've been using them since...The prayers are in the forum they're in another topic if you skim down the topics you'll see them..
