does anyone ahve any idea how one can talk to/awaken a sleeping dragon

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/fie.gif) I was 'told' to suggest linking with another dragon and getting that dragon to make contact with the sleeper. I was also 'told' dragons are telepathic ... and converse with each other via an oversoul mind where all thoughts are one ..
