The Key to energy is feeling, that is all.

I used to get depressed. I could not figure out why, but I thought on it, and persisted to correct this problem, determined to be independent and vigorous in my attempts. What I discovered was that I was getting depressed after A problem would arise, mostly I would endure some sort of emotional hurt usually from another human being. Before this, it was as if I was a speeding bullet, gradually picking up speed and having success and seeing oppertunity every where I would look, until I crashed from the emotional and hurtful words and actions of others in response to me, not mattering how good. Not to say it wasnt understandable, the people had problems as we all do, but it made me retreat within myself, down and away, hiding myself from such a hurtful world and people. It was of natural occurance, a natural thing for a human to do. And what I felt there was not fun, I was depressed, I did not feel like doing anything, I felt the life was literally being sapped from me. I sought to change it, I asked why and realized that I was putting up energy barriers and shields of sorts as automatically. I wasnt feeling. I was blocking the energy we all need to function every day and the result of which was like a spiritual starvation. And when we starve, we tend not to do anything but sit around, I was depressed.

If you can feel, do it. Not to say that what I did was wrong in any way, Just as I say it is natural to retreat in oneself when faced with emotional and damaging upsets, but after a while we need to reemerge into the world, and not be so reclusive>we need to start feeling again, need to let the energies enter us and take their course.
