Making "legal" Absinthe wine.

Supplies:

- 2 Pints of port
- 2 teaspoons dried wormwood
- 2 drops clove essence
- 2 teaspoons each of lavender, marjoram, peppermint, sage, and thyme.

Mix and enjoy.


I was a bit late for New Years, so maybe we can leave this topic for the after-celebration for those who like to drink.
