Well, I lot has been happening, and I really wish I kept a diary! what can I say, I'm lazy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sculacciata.gif)

Lets start from the beginning. I'm still in the middle of Hemi-Sync. for those of you who dont know of it, google it.

Well, during one of the tapes (wave 2 or 3, I cant rmember), I did my usual : Put all my worries in a box, "resonant tunning", an energy sheild, an affirmation, then following on to "focus 10".

After all this, the tape then asked to do a different, additional affirmation, when I started doing this, I felt a huge energy surge starting at the base of my spine, and flowwing into all of my body. It was moving to say the least. EXTREMELY moving!!! Up until this point, my dreams where getting crystal clear. For the next three nights, I had nightmares. In one of them, a woman held me captive in a house, by using a phone that, when dialed, affected my heart, and felt like a full-on heart attack. This all happened about 2 months ago.

Just recently I had a breif incounter with a goetic deamon (my doing, tho). Since talking to my mother (a healer) she talked to a few of her friends to put out feelers, and they have said something has snagged me. My third eye is apparently damaged, and I will be requiring at the very least, a lot of banishing.

So..... can anyone recommend a good banish to start with? LBRP? middle pillar?

just to make things a little clearer, I am having a hard time sitting still through my tapes too. I dont know if its a parasite, or someone a little bigger. Anything would be a good start
