 Resources For Awaking Kundalini

Hi,

Does anybody have any recommendation on books regarding awaking kundalini. I'm am thinking about ordering The Kundalini Workbook, by Jonn Mumford. It is in a workbook format, and from what I've read of it (previews) it looks very detailed in it's step-by-step layout. Does anybody have this book or have read it?

I know next to nothing regarding kundalini/layla yoga, so any advice would help.
