Question, I am not going to post my source for this idea, simply because it isn't from a reliable location and though I find the source of inspiration to have nothing to trully do with magick, I find the question of this being possible overwhelmingly plausible. The question is in the meditation and manipulation of the body's chi, karma, chakra, or for lack of a more generic term "energy", is it possible to focus the energy inward onto your own body and develop it into the ability to regenerate ones self, I am not specifically talking about regrowing limbs or anything that miraculous, but simply speeding up the reproduction of cells or the body's natural repair process to help recover from wounds or sickness at a faster rate.
